Initial Comments:
This report is the result of a multiphase occupancy survey at Saint Vincent Endoscopy Center, finalized on March 12, 2024, which included cabinetry removal in three existing procedure rooms. Based on the occupancy survey, it was determined the facility was in compliance with all applicable requirements of the Guidelines for Design and Construction of Hospital and Health Care Facilities, and the Alternate Construction Guidelines for Endoscopy Suite.
